Melodie studied elementary education at Utah Valley State College. She is a loving wife and mother of three. She has spent a number of years in the mortgage industry as a loan processor. But don't let this sweet sounding girl confuse you. She runs a tight ship around here as executive assistant. Commenting on her boss, Melodie says: "Brad is way too organized for his own good and he acts like a slave driver 90% of the time." Did we mention Melodie's last name is Hawkes? You make the connection. If Melodie's not in the office, she's probably "scrap-booking", reading her favorite author-Susan Mcleod, or spending time with her children. "They are my biggest accomplishment in life", she says. She humors her husband by going climbing and mountain biking with him on occasion. There's no slowing down this girl.
